Prescreening ?s: Making Your Skills Come Alive

Whether it is in the form of a questionnaire or an initial phone interview, most employers prescreen candidates to get a better snapshot of the person beyond the resume. These questions are targeted to the specific skill sets that are the most critical for successful job performance.

What can you expect? Here are a list of sample questions that has been compiled by JobsHawaii.com over the years. You should have your answers rehearsed or concisely written and easily accessible when the need arises. So take a few minutes to jot down responses as one of your daily tasks in your "Job Search Job".

Questions are divided into categories that demonstrate that particular skill set. These are only samples, but are representative of what might be asked in any interview situation.
